Rob Alicea is an award-winning Latino Writer-Director. He has written, directed, and produced for Netflix, as well as for numerous independent films, documentaries, commercials, and music videos.

Once best known for creating the comedy series Adulthood (2017 HBO New York Latino Film Festival), it was critical acclaim for the supernatural thriller The Hat Man that led to Rob now being one of the most sought-after directors in horror.

Rob also serves as co-founder of the organization Latinos In Film + Entertainment (L.I.F.E.).
